Buying Process

I will put buyers on the waitlist in the order that I receive and approve their puppy application. This will be a first come first serve process, so I encourage you to send your applications quickly once you have been notified of the litter.

1. Once a buyer has been approved for the purchase of a Beauty pup, we do require a $300 nonrefundable deposit to be paid to hold your official spot on the choosing waitlist. This deposit will not be returned under any circumstance. If for any reason the Beauty program no longer has what you are searching for when choosing time comes, your deposit will be rolled over to the next litter.​

2. After the 2 week mark Beauty waitlist members will receive weekly updates of all the pups in the litter. 

3. CHOOSING:

   • At 6-7 weeks old puppies will be chosen

   • Please remember that:

     • The breeder reserves the right to withhold any of the puppies from the choosing process​ (this would be done in order to continue evaluation on pups that have the potential to stay with the Beauty program for the continuation of the Black Beauty Lines)

     • Pups will be split into groups before the choosing occurs. And buyers will choose and be matched with the puppy that best fits their needs

       • Groups include pups that would be best suited for a pet only home, pups that need a working home, and pups that would be best suited in a show home.

         • For example: A pup that has strong drive, bite, focus, and the energy to work would be sold to a working home over a pet home.
       • Beauty Breeders reserves the right to refuse the sell of a puppy to homes they do not believe the pup is well suited for.

4. When you have chosen your pup, contracts will be sent via email to be signed. Contracts and electronic signatures are legally binding.  Please seek clarification if you do not understand any of the contract terms before signing contract documents. 5. The rest of the cost of the puppy is required one week before pickup. The puppy you have picked will not be given to you on the day of pickup if you have not paid in full.  We do not ship our puppies, all buyers are required to personally pick up their baby.

6. Puppies will be picked up at 8 weeks of age, unless otherwise ​notified by the breeder.

Payment Method
We have multiple methods for payment. Payment can be done through cash, check, credit card or Venmo. We do not accept payment through the mail; cash and check must be paid in person. If paying with a check, full payment must be paid the week before pickup.
