Deanne Stinson

Welcome to my portion of the page! My name is Deanne Stinson and I am the founder of the Black Beauty Breeding program.

I grew up in a family of 10 and to me family is everything. In 1994, I married my husband Opie, we have been blessed with three awesome kiddos; Kali, Briquelle, and Dakota. Kali lives near my hometown in Missouri and Briquelle and Dakota are continuing to work their way through college. 

History with the Breed:
When Opie and I were a younger couple, we bought a Black Lab named Shadow. When Shadow passed away I decided to look for a breed with shorter hair and the same type of family temperament that was just as good with kids as the lab. After some extensive research on a variety of breeds, we found the boxer. At the same time, my Sister had a lady at her church that had a boxer she was getting rid of. The family had bought the boxer to be their big guard dog, however they were unprepared for the amount of energy and attention a boxer would require. We jumped on the opportunity to take ownership of sweet Sophie and well the rest is history. Sophie was the best dog a family could ever ask for and we were sold on the boxer. 

When Sophie passed I decided that I would like to buy a female that would be a good breeding prospect and give me the opportunity to bless others with the breed that we have come to love so much, we found Bella, named our program after her, and we started from there!

 

Bella was every beginning breeders dream Dam as she was an absolutely dedicated and wonderful mother. We kept a female off of Bella named Harley but in the end decided that she wasn't the direction we wanted our program to go. In 2022 we imported Blossom Della Sella Del Diavolo and we anxiously await to see the wonderful foundation that she will lay for our European line and the continuation of the Beauty program.
